Dear John and Mike, I followed John's suggestion to revise the Makefile in the pgplot modules and isis could run now. But when I input require ("xspec");, an error linking information was resulted. isis> plot(1,1); is ok. I also checked xspec following Mike's suggestions. It works very well.
