isis-0.9.9 installed

I just installed isis-0.9.9 in /nfs/wiwaxia/d4/src/isis-devel

The main functional change is that I restored the old
load_rmf/assign_rmf functions for better symmetry with
load_arf/assign_arf. Apologies for breaking your scripts --
I'm sure it will never happen again...

Other internal changes (which I hope you will not notice) are
that isis makes better use of slang namespaces and the configure
scripts have been updated to compile the isis module
(isis-module.so) which may soon be used with ciao.

Due to lack of time, I've decided not to try to add major new
features for this release. In particular, I don't have time right
now to add support for multiple simultaneous fit-functions or for
applying multiple responses to a single data set. Those features
may have to wait until after March 15.

Please let me know if you find any problems. I plan to work on
the manual over the next few days and, if no serious problems
arise with the code, v0.9.9 will be released within a week or so.

Thanks,

 -- John
