Radial Velocity Monitoring of Kepler Heartbeat Stars
Heartbeat stars are a class of eccentric binary stars with close periastron passages, where the photometric signal
at periastron resembles an ECG heartbeat signal (see figure above).
The table below lists the first results from our
radial velocity monitoring campaign of Kepler heartbeat stars, reported in Shporer et al. (2016).
The rightmost columns contain links to plots where the title lists KIC ID, Teff [K], log(g), P [d], K [km/s], and e.
