Version 1.0.2 | The S-Lang Statistics Module Page | |||||||||||||
|
The S-Lang statistics module contains a number of functions that are useful for analyzing data. In addition to basic statistical functions for computing the mean, standard deviation, and higher-order moments, the module includes routines for performing a number of statistical tests. The significance tests include the Chi-Square, Kolmogorov-Smirnov, Kuiper, Mann-Whitney-Wilcoxon, Student-t, Welch's-t, F, and Z tests. Tests for correlation include Kendall's tau, Spearman's R, and Pearson's r. See the documentation for more information about the module. |
