Hi, I have been trying to install isis on my mac without success. I think the major problem is with my gfortran compiler which is not working. Initially I thought it is because my mac is still on 10.6.8, I then upgraded to 10.9.1 but the problem persisted. I am attaching all my log files and find below the versions of my gcc and gfortran compilers. romanus-ezes-macbook-pro% gcc --version Configured with: --prefix=/Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/Developer/usr --with-gxx-include-dir=/Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/Developer/Platforms/MacOSX.platform/Developer/SDKs/MacOSX10.9.sdk/usr/include/c++/4.2.1 Apple LLVM version 5.0 (clang-500.2.79) (based on LLVM 3.3svn) Target: x86_64-apple-darwin13.0.0 Thread model: posix romanus-ezes-macbook-pro% gfortran --version GNU Fortran (GCC) 4.2.1 (Apple Inc. build 5664) Copyright (C) 2007 Free Software Foundation, Inc.
