Hi Ren, yes, the problem is that all NASA websites are shut down due to the US federal government shutdown. According to the news reports, it is very likely that the government will reopen tomorrow. I'm not sure how long it will take to get the NASA web servers back online, but probably not too long. If you don't want to wait for that, you can look for a mirror. I just searched on google and couldn't find one. Does anyone else know of a mirror?
