cannot download Isis

Hello,
I have been trying to download the 
Isis binary file (for linux) for the past 2 days; 
first I got a 
message saying that there were more than 5 people already connected, so I 
thought that was the problem. Today though I get an alert message saying 
'550 That is not a directory'
and I'm not able to complete the download. 
Could you please help me with this?
