isis bug or feature?

Consider this:

  # isis ./loaddata.sl
  Failed loading file ./loaddata.sl

  Welcome to ISIS Version 1.3.1-7
  Copyright (C) 1998-2006 Massachusetts Institute of Technology

  isis> 

When I first encountered this, I did not pay attention to the lines
before the prompt and assumed the file loaded.  Only several minutes
later did I realize that something was wrong.  In my opinion, isis
should exit (with an error status) when it fails to load a file
specified on the command line.
