residual counts

Hi,

I use 

m = get_model_counts(1);

and

 d = get_data_counts(1);


What do I do to get the residuals?

 r= get_residual_counts(1)
S-Lang Error: Undefined Name: get_residual_counts is undefined


or
 
isis> r = m-d;               
S-Lang Error: Type Mismatch: Struct_Type = Struct_Type is not possible
isis> 


does not work.
