Hi, I have gone through the timing analysis thread in CIAO in order to generate pulse-phased spectra. The spectra I extracted *.fits can be input into sherpa for fitting. However, because of possible pileup I would like to fit them in ISIS. For regular spectrum extraction using psextract there is an option to set ptype=pha in order to get a file that can be read into ISIS.
