In general, you can use
  save_par ("filename");
  load_par ("filename");
to save and load parameter files.

Note, however, that with pileup models, the pileup kernel is
assigned to a particular dataset, so it depends on the relevant
datasets being present.

Before loading a parameter file which references a kernel (e.g.
pileup), you must first load the relevant datasets and assign
to each the appropriate kernel.
