--help option

Hi,

   I think that it would be useful to have `isis --help' output an
isis command line usage message, e.g.,

isis usage: isis [options] [FILE [args....]]
  Options:
    --help      Display this message
    --version   Show version
    --quiet     Do not display loading messages
    --batch     Exit after loading FILE
    -g          Compile with debugging info
    -f          Do not load .isisrc file
    -i FILE     Use alternative init FILE (.isisrc is default)
