pile up estimation

Hi Everyone,
I am having some problem in running pileup estimation of Suzaku event file.
The script does not find gtk/ds9 software. I tried it to solve but did not get success. How can I solve this problem? Below is the log of output of script.
./pile_estimate.sl --cont-pfrac --show-select --outfile=val xyz_xi0_0_3x3n066l_cl.evt
