Re: xspec local model library

Hi John,

I tried your suggestion from your last email - the models are there, and 
do work, despite the error messages.

Maybe something subtle has changed in the way my local models are built. 
I definitely have had to put in a few hacks to get XSPEC local models to 
work the way I want to in the past. I will investigate this today and 
report back what I find.
