isis-setup

Hi,

   http://space.mit.edu/ASC/ISIS indicates that the latest version is
0.9.5p1, however $ASC/setup/isis-setup gives 0.9.4.  Should we upgrade
to 0.9.5p1?

   I am also archiving this list as a newsgroup.
