Short answer is no for both questions.

I think I could probably hack together a script that would mostly do it, but not today as it's the day of the Chandra deadline.

Over slightly longer time scales I could probably add these to the scripts themselves (I've got at least one bug I have to track down right now anyhow...)

There's a finite chance that Manfred Hanke already has done the above, and if he's not writing his thesis right now, you'll probably get an answer from him in 15 minutes :)
