Yes, I think the problem is that your HEASOFT was built with
gcc-4.1/gfortran-4.1, but you're probably building isis with
gcc-4.4/gfortran-4.4 which are the default in Debian/squeeze.

Also, it looks like you're using heasoft-6.9 which was released
in early 2010.  The current release is heasoft-6.11.

I recommend compiling the current heasoft-6.11 release from
source and then building isis with that.
