Are you using my plotting routines? If so, that's a problem for me.
I do not have them properly set up to incorporate the normal ISIS
definition of systematic errors. (I believe Manfred Hanke, who is
undoubtedly already up and hard at work, has a few line edit to take
care of this.)

The reason for this is that my own version of systematic errors is
wrapped up with my own implementation of the XSPEC "corrfile"
procedure. I need to pull that apart some time, insert the proper
ISIS definition of systematic errors, and clean up those plotting
routines to catch all that. (They otherwise do check for data vs.
model chi^2, gegrels chi^2, cash statistics, etc., and reflect those
in the plot.)

So, the bottom line is that if you are using my plotting routines,
that's my bad. Manfred could probably give you a short term fix, and
I need to do a long term working solution (which will probably also
involve stealing your set_src_bkg_sys_err... Thanks!)
