re-naming isis fit commands

Hi,

Dave Davis points out that the new isis fit-command names may be
somewhat confusing for new users. In particular, when someone
says "I fit the counts" they usually mean forward folding. After
some discussion, we arrived at this suggested name change:

     old name new name
     -------- --------
     fit_counts fit_nr
     eval_counts eval_nr

     fit_fold fit_counts
     eval_fold eval_counts

fit_flux/eval_flux would stay the same since the intent is pretty
clear.

The justification:
  * fit_nr is a mnemonic for Fit, with No Response.

  * fit_counts may be more likely to evoke the standard xspec
    forward folding algorithm.

Clearly now is the best time for this sort of name change, given
that the functions have existed for only a week or two.

Any comments? If there are no objections or better suggestions, I
can make these changes in the next version (thereby breaking
everyone's scripts yet again...).

Apologies for the lack of foresight.

Thanks,

John
