Source: These were files hrc_i_qe.dat and hrc_uvis.dat
  used for AO-1 performance predicions for HRC.
Description: ASCII rdb files give QE for nominal HRC I and S
  arrays as well as the various HRC filter transmissions.
  While not exactly "fundamental products" these files
  do represent the starting point for the AO-1 values
  and are archived here.
