PKS 2155-304: same as NGC 1068 except that EUVE can see it.  My
proposal was given type II time (scheduled after priority I
time is scheduled) but with low priority (last of 31 proposals).
EUVE will be able to observe it when the target is greater than
90 deg from the s/c-sun direction.
