Source: These were files acis_qe.dat and acis_fil.dat
  used for AO-1 performance predicions for ACIS.
Description: ASCII rdb files give QE for nominal ACIS FI
  and BI chips as well as the filter transmission.
  While not exactly "fundamental products" these files
  do represent the starting point for the AO-1 values
  and are archived here.
