get_plot_options()

which returns a structure with the .logx & .logy fields.

I use this in my own plotting routines to make sure they behave nicely  
if a log option is chosen.

get_plot_options, and its companion set_plot_options, are undocumented  
and not necessarily in their final forms, but I've been using them for  
a long while now, and for stuff like this they've been pretty stable  
and set.
