post Changes.txt?

Hi John H. - (and other isis-users) -

Do you think it would be worthwhile to post Changes.txt on the web
site? That way, one could more easily tell what differences between
1.0.25, say, and 1.0.35 are, and know whether to download. Also,
there would need to be a little more sub-division in Changes.txt since
it lists changes since 1.0.8 in 1.0.35's file (or diffs, or each revs
file).

Maybe other users have an opinion: do you just download and install
when you see a new version, or try to determine the substantive
differences?
