HRMA_EA.fits: HRMA off-axis effective area. The first three extensions have a 3D image of the effective area for all shells, shells 1+3, and shells 4+6.. The image axes are theta (off-axis angle), phi (azimuth), and energy. Extensions 3-5 hold the grids for the axes, since they are non-linear. The final three extensions are 3D images to hold uncertainties in the effective area and have the same structure as the effective area. They have been made up to be 1% of the effective area. Azimuthal dependence was made up (and is actually constant in this file).
