Aquaterm must be a Mac-specific package. I know nothing about
it.

Presumably this dependency arises because your pgplot library
is linked to Aquaterm. I didn't know pgplot had aquaterm
support -- however, looking at
  http://pgplot.darwinports.com/
it looks like a patched version of pgplot with aquaterm support
is available.  Maybe the aquaterm library is available from
Fink?
