xspec module wont load

Hi,

I just got fresh source code for 

isis-0.9.12
slang-1.4.4
pgplot 5.2
cfitsio 2200

and ISIS and everything else compiles okay, but when I try to load the
xspec module I get this error.

Can you offer any help with this?
