HETG E0102 Fitting to "v1.9" Results        20 Apr 2012

Notes:
 - The line fluxes given are the "scaled" ones (a la SPIE paper, i.e., they include the overall norm)
    * given as the RATIO to the IACHEC-model values.
 - 68% confidence ranges are given as a percentage (+/- this amount.)
 - The two 1999.8 epoch obsids (120, 968) are analyzed separately.
 - All data were retrieved and processed in Jan.'12 with CIAO 4.4 using TGCat scripts.
    * Obsid 12147 is from DS 8.4 reprocessing with bpix N002 (2012-02-04).
 - CALDB 4.4.7 with grating N0007 efficiencies was used.
 - Source and background extraction details are in steps_e0102_src[bkg]_120124.txt 
 -  * Grating ARF and FRACEXPO are Averaged over 7 arfs offset in cross-dispersion.
 -  * The RMF is closer to real distribution and has the FRACEXPO effects re-introduced.
 - Coarse binning is used for the fitting with bins:
     0.539--0.605 (O VII), 0.605--0.689 (O VIII),
     0.689--0.747, 0.747--0.861,
     0.861--0.969 (Ne IX), 0.969--1.127 (Ne X),
     1.127--1.265, 1.265--1.476
 - Fit statistic: "chisqr;sigma=data"
