TG_FINDZO: Download and Installation of TG_FINDZO

TG_FINDZO is comprised of 4 files:

README, general information and installation instructions;
findzo.sl, the algorithm functions (which can be loaded into ISIS for interactive use, if desired);
tg_findzo a script which wraps the above for use as a unix command-line function or with a CIAO parameter interface;
tg_findzo.par, the parameter file for the above script.

All are packaged together in this tar file.
