According to the EPHIN monitoring pages, yesterday there was 
radiation "flare" at ~322:23:30. The intensity does not
seem to indicate that it would be an ACIS damage concern. The
HETG should have been in at that point according to the TLR in
any case.
It may be worth processing that science data rapidly to check
for increased background -- OBSID 336.

The following channels indicate a flare:
SCP4GM
SCP8GM
SCE150
SCE300

This coincides with the peak of the GOES8 low energy proton monitor:
