Updated master position table for FPC_X2 (150-200um) at 03:42 GMT The listscan died during RunID 108213. Performed a beam center with the SSD_X 50um aperture prior to measurement D-IXS-3D-29.001. All 3D scans started at the wrong position! Subsequent to D-IXS-3D-29.001 the SSD was moved to the position found by the Beam Center obtained in Run 108217. This absolute move command was issued after a focus move and just before the shutters were opened. This interfered with the way the list scans work. To protect the focal plane detector, a "firstmove" command is issued which takes the first position from the list scan moves the detector to that (off axis) position and then creates a new listscan file with the first line replaced with (primex,0,ei,primey,0,ei,hsiz,0,ei). Unfortunately, we moved the detector back on axis (Beam Center position) after the "firstmove" command was issued, so the first collect of the list scan was made on axis. Problems:
