D-HXF-3D-22.024 : Change FPC_5 aperture from 4 mm to 1 mm

D-LXH-3D-12.004: Add in "Be 1.81" in place of NONE N/A for
first (x2) filter (see '11.009 two lines up for the specific columns etc.).
This might need to be added to '12.003 and '12.003a (FPC)? Check
BNDs to compare with '11.009.

H-HAS-EA-8.003 : defocus is 35 mm not 40!  replaced:
...	1	N/A	FIXED	40 ...
with:
...	1	N/A	FIXED	35 ...
(true for other TRW_IDs too?!).

H-HAS-PI-1.012 : HRMA pitch/yaw and/or detector offsets are incorrect.
As a placeholder use:

TRW IDs with: 3D-32. (4 of them) are suite 32 yet the suite column indicates
suite=2.  Changed to 32. (This effected the cmdb_make_locs.pro routine
which uses suite for special cases...).

Copied H-IAS-EA-24.022 into a new line for H-HAS-EA-6.001 and
changed it to have HETG inserted. '6.001 looks like HETGS w/O-K
but not in CMDB...

H-HAS-PI-19.001 : simulation gives too much continuum if filter is Zrx4 -
need (and used at XRCF?) Zrx2 ?  THe problem is the CMDB filter thickness!
Says Zex2 is 5.33 and Zrx4 is 45.51 (!?).  Replace these with 4.0 and 8.0.
