SITAR is open-source software, freely distributable and modifiable by the users. Subroutines herein have greatly benefitted from the generosity and insight of others, e.g., Jeffrey Scargle for the Bayesian Blocks routines, and the IAA-Tübingen Astronomy group whose IDL routines are in part the inspiration for the folding and under-development Lomb-Scargle routines. In this spirit, we make the following requests about custom modifications to the subroutines.
