It looks like you have installed the isis binaries -- the error
message mentions libxspec_lfn_6.2 but you have headas-6.1.1
installed.  The problem is that the binaries provided on the
web page can be used only with the version of headas used to
build them, namely headas-6.2

The best solution would be to build isis from source.
