HEG RMF Tests

The HEG fits below were done using the same model as for the MEG fits. The Fe line at 826ev has a $\chi ^2_\nu $ greater than two for the orginal lsf fits but a marginally acceptable $\chi ^2_\nu $ for the ``corrected'' LSF fits. Otherwise there is very little difference between the old fits and the new ``corrected'' fits, both yeilding a very good formal $\chi ^2_\nu $ statistic.
